Vacation Music School (VMS)
2010 Theme : "I'm A Kings Kid!"

VACATION MUSIC SCHOOL is a powerful music summer camp where the first week
is geared towards youth as a training ground to the following VMS's which are geared towards kids.

During the Youth VMS (week of July 12, 2010)
Themes geared towards the youth are applied to help them to use their gifts to worship the Lord in music and fine arts. Classes include theory, songwriting, art, drama, history of the hymns, drum ensemble, worship ensemble, social music experiment and much more. Special chapels start and end each day, and of course the main theme of play the painting, where our Art teacher draws a painting during one chapel, and Manny interprets the painting live on the keyboard. Creates a great atmosphere for creativity.

During the Kids VMS (weeks of July 19 and Aug 2, 2010)
Students who participated in the youth VMS get an opportunity to be youth leaders, and literally help run and coordinate each of these kids VMS's. Similar classes are offered, including human videos, puppet shows, bible storys and much more in addition to all of the classes offered during the Youth VMS, but geared toward children ages 5-12.

Each VMS is finished off with the final presentation for the week where students show family and friends all of the awesome accomplishments they created throughout the week. This presentation is around 2:30pm on the friday finale at the end of each VMS which is open to the public.

If you have not ever been a part of a past VMS, you do not want to miss this years VMS, which is themed:
 "I'm a Kings Kid!"
